Bachmann to host Constitution classes for Congress
Bachmann to host Constitution classes for Congress
October 26, 2010

Minneapolis (AP) — Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann says she plans to host classes on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for fellow House members when she returns to Washington.

Bachmann tells Fox News Channel host Glenn Beck that she has "laid the foundation" for constitutional experts to teach the weekly classes.

She says she'll invite new and returning members to attend. She says the lessons will remind them what they stand for and help them resist pressure to do business as usual.

I heard her talking about this on Hannity yesterday, saying she plans to invite 'constitutional experts,' like Mark Levin and other right wing radio hosts, Justice Scalia (or maybe she said Alito) and other SC Justices, etc. She even made reference to using Hannity's book, "Conservative Victory."

All this in an effort to 'educate' the new tea 'baggers that the GOP expects to win ... and, to keep them in line, because they "melt to the pressure" in DC.

3. Simple solution
if enough of my fellow Minnesota voters go where they belong, with Clark, we'll avoid another Bachmann embarrassment.

6. Before that, she's going to have to get herself reelected.
She's counting her chickens a day early, it seems to me. With any luck, and a good turnout, she'll be teaching the Constitution to someone else, back home in MN.

Stupid teabagger!

They'll have her stumped before she gets through "We the People".

24. I think just about every law school covers Constitutional Law
And about 2/3rds of Congress members have a law degree. So, why the need?

26. That's exactly the point. She's an idiot.
She's going to try to go in front of a room full of lawyers and teach them something they don't know about Constitutional law. It would be like me going in front of a room full of electricians and tell them about AC/DC current.

11. of all the races today there a a few that I hope and pray
that the republican looses more than ever. And she sure as heck is one of them. I would love for the people in her district to wake up. Just think most of them are worst off than the rest of Minnesota, more foreclosures, more unemployment etc and she voted against any and all remedies and if those stupid people vote for her they deserve to get thrown out on their ass.
