I want to see Dems do well today, but after the last two years, with nothing really being done, and far too much capitualtion (not compromise) we really need to start replacing some of these guys with Dems who know what Dems stand for and are not afraid of a fight.

6. This is a great suggestion... Here is why. I live in a very Republican dist.
The week that President Obama won.... Large signs popped up asking folks to sign up and vote Republican.... they plan and start very early... Very constructive..... Don't get discouraged and discount this as doing nothing. Keep moving folks towards the change.

7. So, exactly HOW do you propose they be replaced?
HOW do you convince moderate Dems to go against their best interests, values and beliefs, and vote for progressives?

10. Um, what people consider "moderate" are actually "progressive'
and vice versa...like 70% WANTING a public option...80% WANTING an end to DADT...we put up mainstream Dems, which essentially are what the MSM likes to call leftist.

12. Only with spin added in
You do realize that same poll also said less than half were willing to actually pay for a public option, right? Just how much does a person want something if they are unwilling to do what it takes to have it?

I am not sure what moderate area you are in, but a progressive has no chance of even making the ballot in mine. You can pretend that we really do and that we will blindly vote for one if forced on us, but you would be very very wrong.

You might as well just tell us that you do not want our vote if we dare not live like you want, and we should just vote Republican.
