Poll question: Final Predictions
No spin.

No noise.

No polls from the MSM.

Just honest, gut-based surmisings.

Thank-you

1. I get upset when you hear the house is going to give the
republicans 50 to 75 more republican seats. Remember the republicans HAVE TO RETAIN ALL the almost 200 seats they have now and then some to take over. Do you think that every single solitary republican seat is safe.

2. Based on Nate, who I trust, we will lose the house.

4. Lose the House, retain the Senate. I don't like it, but that's the way I see it.

5. My prediction.
We lose the House and maintain slim control of the Senate. Democratic losses in the House will be in the neighborhood of 45 seats.

7. Why have we not required paper trails on voting machines, or optical scan only?
I do not trust the machines.

8. If we barely hold both houses,
we won't get anything done, because nothing will get by the Senate, but the mess will be all our fault. If the Rethugs take the house, nothing will get done but at least it will be partly their fault. If they take both, Obama can veto the worst shit, and nothing will get done, and it will be their fault for 2012. In any case, nothing's going to get done for 24 months.
