Northeast Ohio boards of elections all reported good turnouts on Election Day, with no problems at the polls.

In Lake County, election board officials said about 16,000 of the county's 157,000 registered voters cast their ballots by early afternoon. In addition, 19,000 people have turned in absentee ballots.

"It's been good. We expect a 65 percent turnout when it's done," said Lake Board of Elections Deputy Director Scott Daisher.
