and when we had control we did not lead and do SOMETHING - we let them tell lies - we had very RICH people buy themselves jobs or buy other people jobs - in my head it is out of control

6. Depressed nationally, hopeful for California

I feel that Brown and Boxer will spare us serious damage here at home. Nationally, well, there go LGBT rights for yet another two years. I braced for this ages ago, but now that I'm watching in real time, it's surprising how the nerves come to the surface.

It's only 4 PM here, and I already feel like I need a drink. I'm just glad the boyfriend is gone for the evening to a concert. I can obsess without driving him crazy =)
