Military Spending. How much of each tax dollar is used for Military? Need reliable figures.
Thanks in advance. Some Teabagger I am interacting with claims that military spending is just 14% of each tax dollar. I've heard as much as 50% but would appreciate any LINKS(!) to back this up and that uses reliable figures.

2. I notice
that when people talk about cutting the budget and the deficit, they never mention cutting military spending. I'm betting if they cut the military budget in half and made the military focus only on protecting the boarders of the county we would have allot lower deficit and safer boarders.

Cut the military? Really? The one group of people who put their lives on the line to protect us.

9. Most of the budget
is spent on building the next big aircraft or that next big tank. The fact is their is no one who is anywhere near our level of military tech right now.
