We lost one of the absolute best we had.

If Feingold goes, it doesn't matter one whit what the numbers come out to be, we have suffered an immense loss. We already have.

3. Today is a huge loss for progressives
especially if Feingold ends up losing... it's a bad night all around.

Somewhere. Heck, he might be on the ticket in 2012.

6. I have to say he didn't run a very good campaign.
I liked him -- but I didn't like his ads. I think it could have worked out differently.

30. And yet Rand Paul, who ran the worst campaign ever, won.
It wasn't the campaign. It was this moment + little love from the party. Hard to beat both, especially in BushCo Florida.

34. bs - the ads saying vote against peloski, liberal, obamacare, etc is what did him in
I loved his outspoken progressive agenda - look how far being milquetoast got obama with the repubs - sorry we should have had a public option and we would have had this election -

9. That is a tragedy.
Every time we get someone who stands up to them, they are targeted.

However, I believe he will be back. Maybe in the Senate next time, but he can't just go away, I am sure he will not.

He picked a tough as hell district to be an unabashed flame-throwing progressive.

He's a national figure.

15. Is this the price he paid?
For actually standing up and telling the truth? If so this is one fucked up country. I agree we have suffered an immense loss. If the dem leaders have any integrity they will assist him in running again. After all, he paid the price for saying what most of them were to chicken to say. The freaking truth.

29. if one commercial can break him
then it looks like we have an electorate glued to short, PR ads. What does it say about us? That we are as gullible and can be sold about anything with just a little PR move. Just like Little Boots Texas prop and twang. I guy who is filmed clearing brush on a ranch he bought before the election and appears to have been afeared of horses. And the people swallowed the PR bit-swallowed it all up without asking questions or even his true business dealings.

For those who didn't vote for Grayson, they have truly lost one who would have fought and has fought for them-the people.

That or Eric Holder should resign and Grayson should replace him. Loved his work investigating the missing billions of dollars in Iraq that he was involved with earlier before he got elected to the House.

at the CBCaucus a few years ago. As long as he doesn't fall into the GOP traps or give up on politics, that is all that matters.

Criminal activity regarding election outcomes, I refuse to believe Grayson nor white here in Texas lost fairly and without illegal intervention and no one can convince me otherwise,
