Let me get this straight. They give bushco 8 years to destroy the country
then snatch it back when it isn't cleaned up in 2, even though they obstructed it all the way.
Hey asshats--thanks for shutting down the government for the next 2 years.
Just when we needed it to work the most.
Fucking idiot republicans--you get what YOU deserve--we have to live with it....again.

21. Some of those who voted for the President must have either not voted
or voted R this time for the results we are seeing tonight to have occurred. I suppose it is possible/probable that tonights losses are simply due to lack of turnout among 2008 D voters - will be interesting to see the breakouts in the next few days.

The dems need to point this out big time... Call out every obstruction and work on getting the corporate money out.

9. Their only agenda is to destroy Democrats
It does';t have to make sense, and it doesn't have to work for the country. As long as the corporate masters are making a profit, it's all good.

11. They are not so stupid. Palin was the secret to losing the election so they could blame it all on
Edited on Tue Nov-02-10 09:23 PM by BrklynLiberal
Obama. I truly am starting to believe that the repukes really did not want to win in 08. They figured it would be better to let a Dem win, and let that person take the heat for all the shit that pres shit-for-brains left behind. They figured they would be able to gain control of Congress after two years. Stall any further progress, and make Obama a one-term President.

So far they were right, it seems. Their plan was perfect.

17. and while they're doing all of their political grand schemes
the plebes who voted their sorry asses in can eat shite and die. Eight years of fekking Little Boots and six years of democrats being shut out and a controlled congress--so that they passed bills to further deregulate corporations, gave sweet deal contracts to their friends, started wars for the oily corporations and tax breaks to the wealthiest in this country--tax breaks that didn't produce jobs in this country.

But the plebes vote their abusive masters back in. Unfortunately, we all have to live with their stupidity. Faux will just tell them who they have to blame and hate when they still have no job and the repukes are still blocking any progress.

20. so, you vote for the party who gave you no jobs?
Remember, in eight farden years, Bush has one of the lowest job creation records. So, it's the jobs--at least I know who to blame--I know that worthless business major was bringing us economically down after the first time in. Hey, but Cheney's friend's made a killing--how's Halliburton now days?

24. Yeah, I voted Democrat straight down the line.
That 9.99% is a lie. Try 17%. Some places 25 to 30%. Where are the living wage jobs? They are still going overseas. That is the real reason this 'recovery' is stagnant.
