Feingold was outspent FOUR TO ONE according to Ed on MSNBC

Rachel is stating Feingold is also paying for the downticket effects of a state that is in massive debt with a highly unpopular democratic governor.

Lawrence O'Donald has no explanation other then Russ is a liberal, and the people decided they want a Republican more.

1. I don't feel like our outgoing governor is "highly" unpopular
And as to the outspent, I believe it. I never have gotten that much crap in the mail from the Repubs.

2. She cited a poll that gave him a 27% approval rating

Rachel is usually pretty on with her facts, so I took her word on it.
