Feingold Ain't Over By A Long Shot! *Not A Single Vote In Madison Counted Yet!
http://elections.wispolitics.com/2010/11/feingold-campaign-manager-it-aint-over.html

Feingold's campaign manager George Aldrich told the crowd in Middleton that only 40 percent of the vote has been reported.

“Russ is down by 80,000 votes, but...up to 1.4 million votes haven’t been counted,” he told the crowd.

Among those votes that have been counted, there is “not a single vote” from the city of Madison, he said.

12. NYT has Dane County at 40% reporting...
with Russ having a 67,000 to 32,000 vote edge. If there's 1.4 million votes up for grabs, how is 100,000 votes (roughly) 40% of that?

16. Madison is, or at least used to be, the location of WI's biggest state university,
and, I surmise, would lean Dem.
