I'll be the first to say it: If Feingold loses, Obama should nominate him for the Supreme Court.
Let his former colleagues look him in the eye and tell him he's not qualified.

1. I could not imagine a better pick for Supreme Court justice
He was tied with Bernie Sanders as my favorite US Senator, but if he got appointed to the Supreme Court all my disappointment would go away very quickly because the Supreme Court would be a much better place for him.

6. It would be a great pick but it ain't gonna happen.
Feingold actually puts people above corporations and that is a detriment on a SC resume, has been for decades now.

But he will be attacked as too extreme, lol. Imagine, in a supreme court full of right wing corporatistas Feingold would be tagged as extreme.
