Not only is Brown-D winning in CA but the budget passage measure is also ahead
by 10 points.

that's the measure that will allow passage of a state budget with a majority vote rather than the current 2/3rds majority which essentially allows Republicans who control about 1/3rd of the legislature to stop any budget --and they have.

8. the SF Chronicle site is HORRIBLE...it lists only three propositions AND...
when you click "more propositions" it doesn't take you to anywhere you can find the results for the other 5 propositions.

what an utter waste for a horrible, horrible newspaper.
