That and the wars are policies that both parties have no trouble reaching agreement about.

to influence/control and another by-product: provide an ample supply of cannon fodder for the on-going and upcoming wars. Bah humbug. Did CA legalize pot? I want to move west and partake of the wacky weed if so.
