10. "to bad degenerates?"
Perhaps someone unable to spell a three-letter word shouldn't be referring to others as "degenerates."

3. This battle isn't over
Maybe a new approach to legalizing marijuana is needed.

How about: "No victim, no crime."

4. People are fucking stupid.
I bet a good chunk of the people who voted no for it drink beer regularly. Hypocritical bastards.

6. Arizona is voting down MEDICAL marijuana
All the crime involved through keeping it illegal could be solved by lifting the prohibition. Sure, you'd still have some fringe amount (like moonshiners that still exist), but overall this would empty a lot of beds in prisons that are occupied for stupid reasons.

Not to mention privatized prisons that use prisoner (slave) labor.

GOOD JOB on holding America back.

12. THAT BITES!!! Buuuut...
We'll get 'em next time with a more well written initiative. It's coming, it's only a matter of time, and on par with a traffic ticket come January 1.

18. It's better this way. Smoke it at home and you shouldn't have problems.
Having to deal with the effects and stink of regular smoke in public places is bad enough. Could you imagine having to deal with weed smoke? It stinks.

22. Agreed!
It's only a (short) matter of time. As of Jan 1 it's no worse than a parking ticket.

I'm actually more upset about Prop 21 failing
