Brady said they will wait on 30,000 military and absentee ballots.
His last hope was really Winnebago County, and it didn't come through. He only netted 500 votes from the 28% of outstanding precincts there.

Looks like he's got enough, unless the absentee ballots are really skewed to Brady. I'm disappointed that Alex lost, but I guess there are worse politicians out there than Kirk. As a union member I am overjoyed that the rat contractor appears to have lost!
