Interesting Republican take on how Tea Party f#cked them up
Stumbled upon this site this morning while looking too see if we held the Senate. The basic premise is that the Tea Party screwed the Republicans and robbed them of the Senate, and left them with some un-re-electable chumps.

http://www.rightpundits.com/?p=7605

"...We might expect Toomey to vote conservative 80% of the time, and we also can expect him like good old Rick Santorum to be a one term Senator. Winning by 1% in a huge Republican wave is not very impressive for Toomey’s future prospects in the state."

Sure hope so.

Thanks a LOT to you shitheads here in Shitsylvania who gave us a two-fer last night. Hope you're happy out in the street with your jobs in China.

Oh, and I wouldn't recommend you drink the water either.

6. I know - really.
Just yesterday a friend who is a teacher was talking to a student between classes, and the student said her mother couldn't get insurance because of "Obamacare" - that is, because she had a pre-existing condition. My friend (who has already given her two weeks notice because she's moving), felt emboldened to argue with the student and say "that's one thing the new law does do - it protects people like your mother."

But clearly, idiots vote against their own self-interest.

I heard someone from KY last night on NPR saying "I lost my job and have no health care, but because the President portrays all Tea Party people as thugs, that's not fair, so I'm voting for Rand Paul." What? Really? You have no health care and think RAND PAUL is the answer to your problems? Well, you know what? You deserve exactly what you got, bitch.

But because you and your ignorant ilk voted in right-wing nuts, now I'm going to suffer with "I got mine" libertarianism for the next 6 years until the stupid people of Pennsylvania realize exactly what a loony-toon they got in Toomey and vote him out.

4. Not in my neck of the woods
There are a lot of socially liberal, fiscally conservative country-club Republicans in PA who would never vote for Santorum a second time. They won't vote for Toomey again once they see that he's to the right of Santorum socially.

10. The Party was
purged before in 1964/1965 of moderates. The moderates opted to the Blue dog Dem's. The Strom Thurman John Bircher kkk ultra conservative christian right wingers took over.!!!!!!!!!doesn't matter how nice you put it the truth is History.

3. They Snatched Defeat From The Jaws Of Victory
Strong chance had Castle and Lowden been the candidates rather than Chistrina The Teenage Witch and Sharron the Shrew, the GOTB would be waiting out the final numbers in Colorado and getting ready to take control of the Senate. So close, yet so far. All those millions in Chamber and Koch money down the shitters. You better believe there are some pretty sore butts in rushpublican land this morning...and right on cue.

The ugly truth for them is they are a bitterly divided party with a weak bench...no one of the stature to take on President Obama in 2012...no one! Instead they have a rouge Grifterella whose about to rip the party apart as the establishment moves to shut her down before she makes a total mess of their 2012 primaries.

The takeaway is that most of the GOTB gains were against Blue Dog Democrats...and many races they won by thin margins. They ignore those results at their own peril. I hope!!

5. Ummmm...Santorum wasn't a one-term Senator
Two-terms (1994-2000, 2000-2006). However, of course, he did bite the dust in 2006. Hopefully, Toomey WILL BE a one-term Senator. At least, we can hope.
