Fuck. Another six years of Santorum.
Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

And we had such a qualified candidate running against him!

4. Try to focus on only 51%, thanks (although I'm sure your state is perfection).

5. Santorum, Toomey - only two differences.
1) Toomey's got more wrinkles on his forehead than a Manatee's asshole.
2) Toomey actually LIVES in Pennsylvania.

Other than that, same shit, different name.

3. I know, it sucks. I'm afraid Toomey had almost as many votes here in Alleg.
County as Toomey did. Ugh. I really thought Sestak would be able to beat him. He just didn't have enough support here (weird!) or in the middle parts of the state.

6. Sestak was never going to get the support
From the "wasteland" of the state (central PA). Looks like it went down like usual for Democrats here...2:1 against.

9. I have to say that we tried our best to GOTV - but I think people just were
too - cranky? I don't know. But I do think a better showing here in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) would have made a difference- he was fairly even with Toomey here when there was 96% of the vote in, which was kind of bizarre. I haven't seen the final vote tally, though.

7. This is a pretty miserable response to booting Rantorum out.
I was actually starting to believe that maybe PA as a whole was coming to its' senses after we elected Casey.

I know that this part of the state will never change, but I was really hoping that the P & P areas would turn the tide in favor of a sane choice. This is going to be an ugly outcome for PA.

8. On the plus side, we'll at least still have ONE good Senator.
