Are we allowed to ask for our rights now?
When we complained about Obama shafting us on Don't Ask Don't Tell, DOMA, and other issues, we were told to "wait until after the election."

Are we allowed to ask for our rights now? Or are we going to be told to keep our powder dry for the upcoming budget fight?

1. DADT is Obama's Law now. It isn't going anywhere.
McCain has vowed to filibuster in the lame duck, and last night guaranteed it won't pass in the next Congress.

8. He had two options.
First, a Stop-Loss order preventing the discharges during the current war(s) as a way to prevent a lessening of military readiness.

Second, HE COULD HAVE NOT APPEALED THE COURT RULING STRIKING IT DOWN.
