Lots of money went into this election, as it always does, and in this country, most of the time you can buy your way into public office (God, that reminds me - I need to see if Murray survived...)

it was our Blue-Dog Democrats...many who are now going to be standing in an unemployment line....well not really but...they are not in DC after Christmas. I do believe our GOTV action for Progressive movement sat on the back burner...no enthusiasm for me....I just voted and supported 2 state and local candidates....thats it.......I felt used and discounted for all my sacrifice, work and money I donated to the Democratic Party during the Bush years...

12. I don't think disloyalty is per se to blame, but I think apathy of the left is obviously to blame

(at least partly). Just look at the turnout gap. You really can't seriously argue otherwise, unless you are going to prove that the turnout figures are factually wrong.
