1. If he tries, he'll soon know what a monstrosity is.

3. It's good politics for them...they'll try, the Dem Senate will stop it...we'll get blamed.
They can propose free puppies and a million dollars in gold bullion for every American. They can offer free beachfront homes. They can propose anything they want, knowing full well it will never get through the Senate, or signed by Obama. Then, in 2012, they'll campaign on "We were going to give you puppies and gold, but the Democrats obstructed us!" Count on it.

11. That would be my point as well. The repeal is going nowhere; we all
know that. But the Dems are going to get blamed for stopping it. Redux 2010 midterms if we don't see this coming and spin it in the correct direction.

4. Who didn't see this one coming?
It's been portrayed with massive lies from the Right, and they will work as hard as they can to try to overturn anything their corporate masters do not like.

5. That won't happen
successfully....but I sense he will try; as he anticipates that at least President Obama will veto the Bill... The Senate may also drop it....The game plan for Boener is to bait out the Democrats with this, use it against the President in 2012 and who know what else.... it'ds going to be one of their mis-information smear isses...

Yeah, Well, Good Luck With All THAT
Introduce your little bill, get all your right-wing friends to vote for it, see if you can get it past the Senate (which you won't), and then guess what will happen. It will go to the President who will promptly veto it. Good thing you have a veto-proof two-thirds majority, right? Oops.

The healthcare bill ain't goin' nowhere.

And how much do I LOVE the fact that repealing a bill a majority of Americans think DIDN'T GO FAR ENOUGH has become the focus of a Republican Party intent on losing its majority in 2 years? In fact, go ahead and repeal it. When we re-take control in 2012, we'll pass healthcare with a public option (or worse yet, single-payer--dun dun dunnnnnnnn!!!) and REALLY piss you off.

7. We can hope that if that legislation passes congress, Obama will veto it.
But, I'm not counting on anything.

8. As I just posted elsewhere
smart Rs will understand (and are already saying) that last night was NOT a mandate. Boehner is not smart. But he will be the next speaker

10. I think Boener is
experiencing premature ejaculation ....has been way to excited since last nights election results. He is not the Majority Leader yet anyways....he may meat up with a challenger or two.

15. Less than a day for him to declare his desire to kill his own countrymen.
Stay classy, John.

(And that's how you frame the situation. Not that Democrats will. We're too 'nice' for that.)
