The Senate
I have not listened to the election results much because I got tired of listening to those like Chuck Todd apparently getting his goodies by announcing the Repuke victories. But what was the result of the Senate.. did we hang on to the Majority?

1. Yes. But I think a couple of races are still outstanding.
But, what we have already, along with Biden's vote, gives us control.

2. 53-47

Results better than expected. Sestak almost won in PA (far overpolling the typically goofy PA polling) and Giannoulias (a bad, or at least not good, candidate) almost won in IL. Teabaggers (almost) totally repudiated.

In contrast to 1994, it was a very good night in the Senate. And the Majority Leader didn't lose, either.
