The Repub Tea Party messages have resounded with the American voters. They have duped the voters once again into thinking they are the party that will "be there for them"! It took just a few hate mongers to come up with their propaganda messages that either scared the voters or frustrated them to vote for the very people that did the damage to our economy and put the Fox in the Hen House!
Let's take a look at some of their arguments:
1). Illegal aliens will be transported out of our country (even though these people do a lot of work for this bunch - i.e. Meg Whitman)
2). It is Governments fault that your Health Insurance rates went up - (Again Government tried to put rate control in and failed because of Repub's!)
3.) The "new" Repub's aren't anything like Bush was and will bring jobs, jobs, and more jobs to the people! (Give me a break - they voted down every job initiative in the last 2 years!)
4.) People like John Kasich (Fox News Broadcaster at one time) who worked for one of the biggest, if not THE biggest thief's on Wall Street, Lehman Brothers, won the Governorship of Ohio!
5.) Tax rates for the richest in our country will stay the same - after all it is the "small businesses" who are in this group - Right - Check this article out:
Extension of High-Income Tax Cuts Would Benefit Few Small Businesses; Jobs Tax Credit Would Be Better
By Chuck Marr and Gillian Brunet
August 3, 2010
http://www.cbpp.org/cms/index.cfm?fa=view&id=3251Proponents of extending President Bush’s 2001 and 2003 tax cuts for people with incomes over $250,000 argue, in part, that allowing them to expire after 2010 would weaken the economy by hurting small businesses. In reality, however, extending the tax cuts would do little for small business because only the top 3 percent of people with any business income, let alone income from a small business, would benefit. Over the long term, an extension would likely harm the economy — and thus small business — by adding about $1 trillion to deficits and debt over the next decade and even larger amounts in subsequent decades. 6.) The Repub's are the Party of the People - Oh they forgot to add "their" people - just take a look at the legislative bills they have proposed - it has always went to their "base" as Bush liked to call them. One of my favorite clips from W:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mn4daYJzylsYou can add more I am sure on the list - but like I said they really did the job! The Fox is in the Hen House and we now have to accept that they will be doing the same old same old and for me I will have a hard time listening to Boehner with a straight face - how about you? You aren't alone with the tears John..........
