Please tell me why these new Republican governors won't Gerrymander House districts

I'm afraid Republicans will nothing to fix America and still control the House through Gerrymandering voting districts.

2. I can't. They just added 2-4% or more to their baseline for 2012 and beyond.

This was a bad year for this result.

I don't think a Governor can do it single handedly. IIRC there has to be a legislative agreement on redistricted areas.
