2. Arizona Republic election blog: Quayle won 53-41%. This is historically an ultra-republican district (Shadegg's district-- if memory serves, the Dems didn't even bother to mount a candidate in a few elections, or, at best, it was usually assumed they would never win. .) in an ultra-republican state, so these numbers are actually not that great. (But, unfortunately, good enough . )

11. Kids that aren't really his....

nieces or nephews that he led the public to believe were his own- he has no kids - for an ad or two...

Like his daddy wasn't bad enough...now we got a second generation of Quayles. Heaven help us all.

12. I hate him already. Neither he nor his wife look intelligent -- you can tell

by looking at someone if there's "smart" in there, I''m not seeing it in this pic. They look vacant.
