Not one TV host has even alluded to the fact that Boehner seemed a little |
|
lubed during his speech. Couldn't they at least say "You can tell this race has been tiring for Mr. Boehner, he seems EXHAUSTED -- he's even slurring a word or two."
I know it wouldn't really accomplish anything, but I'd certainly enjoy it!

3. Fox would certainly comment if Obama came out and was burping and slurring - |
|
of all the times to have journalistic integrity!

Now, let's speculate on what the Fair and Balanced channel would have to say if Obama began crying like a little girl during one of his speeches. Anyone...???

10. Don't you worry...he is so much of an alcoholic that sooner |
|
or later he is going to blow up on the air and people will see he is a drunk. Not capable of running the House.

18. Not sure - it seems as though he's a functioning alcoholic except when he |
|
goes on those crying jags. A friend of mine's mother was a practicing alcoholic for YEARS, it never cost her a job or resulted in her falling down the stairs or anything like that.

before - I sent her the video). She said - wow, I assumed he'd had a stroke!

12. Why no - can't talk about his being a full blown alcoholic. |
|
But we can spend 3-4 years obsessing on and reporting every single detail about Bill Clinton's sex life. But we should definitely go into complete denial that the third in line to the presidency is a drunk. Especially since that worked out so well with the Dry/Wet (?)drunk Bush.

22. Because we have no real huge, mainstream, objective driven, media outlet |
|
anymore. ALL NEWS on cable is for entertainment purposes only (as per their lawyers) and SHOULD NOT be construed into ideas to take the place of your own. Nor does the M$M decide elections for US, no they merely tell us what we need to hear. Honest.

There has been innuendo about the "emotion" he showed with his crybaby act but they couldn't come out and say it. Randi Rhodes did say it on the radio today though.
