And you think you can compromise with and work with people who want nothing more than for you to die a death of 1000 cuts? Really?

This was Malloy's rant in the first hour of his program tonight about how you should emulate LBJ and declare yourself a one-term president because you simply don't get that your political enemies are out to destroy you and because of the Citizens United decision they now have unlimited resources to do so and so you now have no hope of reelection.

Makes total sense to me.

2. It's time to wake up....
The Republicans have no intention of working with President Obama, they want him to fail. They want this to be a one term President, they have said this, openly and repeatedly.

5. Yeah, quite a few do. It seems to be the favorite condescension around here
to think this man is so dimwitted he has no clue that Republicans are meanies.

6. Yeah:
the clueless black "dude" who by mere chance occupies the White House.

Mirror image of the right-wing shit. What a coincidence.

7. Politically?, no they REALLY want to do it
Mr. President, WAKE UP, there is no "Bi-partisanship", there is no working with people that want you GONE.
Wake UP, dude!

Turning the other cheek is fine, but when they slash BOTH sides of your face, it should tell you something.
Compromise with these thugs doesn't work period.
So the hell with them, VETO every piece of crap bill that gets to your desk.

But, he won't, goddamnit I had such hopes for this guy.
