Sometimes the cure hurts so badly that you wonder if it's worth it. After the pain becomes more tolerable with time, I think we will be glad half of the Blue Dogs are history. I think a lot of the republican gains were a result of a lot of democrats being so damned sick of the same old shit in Washington that they didn't give enough of a damn to come out and vote for people who voted like republicans most of the time.

A natural purge of the Blue Dogs brought on by their own greed, narrow mindedness and their fear for their jobs.

I hope Obama can find a place for Russ and some of the real democrats who paid for the Blue Dog's chicken heartedness. Russ is a patriot.

It felt like 2004 all over again - especially in Pa. where my favorite Patrick Murphy took a fall and my least favorite "Corbett" is our new governor. Don't even want to discuss Toomey.
