I heard a clip of Limbaugh talking about compromise

"There can be NO COMPROMISE" This clip was played on either Countdown or The Rachel Maddow Show...We are EVIL in their eyes and they would just as soon kill us as look at us, and I mean that completely.. They truly want to kill us, and that clip of Limbaugh was a Clarion Call for some wing nut to begin the process..We are EVIL....

regardless of which side does it or how many do it.

And it's unfounded for you to suggest I feel otherwise.

We, on the other hand are supposed to be the level-headed, non-violent, civilized faction. "They did it first!" wouldn't wash in the school yard there is no reason it should be accepted here. Just the opposite, if we want to be the adults we need to be the first to police our own ranks.

Mr. Limbaugh would do well to realize liberals are people with just as much a right to their voice as his beloved conservatives. And I feel perfectly justified to point out to him (not that he'll ever see this) that sometimes his beloved conservatives do more than talk to liberals. Sometimes they see liberals as people worth getting to know and appreciate them on a personal level. Sometimes they even marry liberals and are quite happy with the arrangement.

If Mr. Limbaugh were to suggest to my husband that he never speak to me beause I'm a liberal and cannot be reasoned with my husband will tell him to go get stuffed. All Limbaugh is doing is alienating people who might otherwise listen to him.

And I'm OK with that.

Let's not broadbrush that to all Republicans. I am quite sure that my Republican Congressman doesn't see Dems as evil.
