By increasing the cost of unemployment insurance to employers. (Wonder how companies will come up with that money???)

By decreasing unemployment benefits. (By up to 50% per some estimates)

By expanding Charter Schools

I quit listening after that. This is what Repubs do...more homeless, more going hungry, but no tax hikes! And the idiots who don't understand that what good old Mitch plans to do will increase costs for everyone will stand in awe at his wisdom.
