When President Obama took office he said he did not want to conduct investigations into the actions of the Bush Administration in that he wanted to look to the future and not to the past. Well, it seems that the Republicans do not feel like returning the favor to President Obama. It has been reported that Eric Cantor, who will reportedly be the number two guy in the House is calling for an investigation a week of the Obama Administration. In addition, Darrell Issa, who will be the chairman of the Oversight Committee, has said his committee will investigate the growth in government during the Obama Administration. Too bad Issa and his colleagues did not want to investigate the growth of government during the Bush Administration.
