And I'm sorry that I came across as touchy. I just thought Russ can probably find his own way without a lot of help from us. Maybe I expressed myself with a little too much vehemence.

Just thought it would be interesting what ideas others might have, and also thought Russ might be interested in some way to hear what people who admire him would have to suggest about this.
