Bumper sticker politics
We make fun because we like facts, and enjoy readying a white paper or two. For that matter I know for a fact I have read more bills than a few Members of Congress. That said, the box of rocks that is the US Electorate don't do them.

They react to either hope or fear... prod them.

So as much as you hate doing what the other side does... the fear card. EMBRACE IT.

Now here are some bumpers you may want to use. They are truthful... and they are fear inducing.

Republicans will take your Social Security.

Republicans will take your Medicare.

Republicans want to kill grand ma.

Republicans hate workers.

Republicans protect the Banks.

Republicans love BP

Republicans are in bed with the rich.

What do all these have in common? They are reaching for that reptilian brain...

So you will be challenged. we haven't done this in a while. Hell, the party might not like it... (I am sure in some places it might be unhealthy too) but this is how you fight back. You reach for that reptilian brain... that or you keep going for the intellectual argument that works so well. You know about the definition of insanity so I don't think I need to go there. But this is part of the policy. And it also includes taking to the streets and going to your reps meetings with placards. Correctly spelled, mind you, but with these fear inducing truths.

That is how you fight back... and yes Karl Rove does a lot more than just this... I don't recommend breaking the law... I recommend reaching for that reptilian brain.

2. Good one too!
but be careful with that one. The economy IS showing signs of recovery... as weak as they are.
