Fox Cancels NV Voter Fraud Segment After Sharron Angle Concedes (because she lost by too much)

I think they were in cahoots to call foul on the election, if Harry barely won. But he kicked her crazy ass so...

From News Hounds:

I've said many times that Fox News' obsession with voter fraud before big elections and its sudden lack of interest afterward suggested that their real interest was to have the issue on the burner, so to speak, in case any Republican lost in a close election. Now, via Media Matters, we've learned that Fox News canceled a segment on voter fraud in Nevada, not long after Republican Senate candidate Sharron Angle conceded the race after losing by a much bigger margin than had been anticipated.

Las Vegas political columnist Jon Ralston, apparently booked for the segment, tweeted Wednesday, "Classic email from FOX canceling hit 4 Thursday: 'We decided not to go with a segment on Voter fraud in NV tomorrow.' Really?"

If the network had a legitimate news story going, you'd think they'd want to go ahead with it regardless of the outcome, especially given Fox's fixation on voter fraud.

1. I'm surprised
They run with everything. What happened? Larger margin? Nah, they've gone off the deep end with less. Must be something else but, I can't be bothered wasting time on Faux News or trying to make sense out of the senseless.

2. The adults are telling them not to encourage the kids
there is a full fledged civil war in the Republican Party. David Frum covered this in a way during the Lawrence O'Donnel Show.

We may have a phyrric victory.

And if it gets as bad as he things... get your popcorn... and forget about ANYTHING getting done beyond some high theater (hearings)
