I expect Pelosi to step up her liberal/progressive sounding political rhetoric for the next two years now that it doesn't impact actual legislation in the House. And why shouldn't she? She has nothing to lose or to take responsibility for.

I don't like the way she caved in during the Senate/House conferences to blue dogs, centrists and "moderate" Republicans during negotiations on stimulus, health insurance and Wall Street legislation.

Don't forget the legislative history on those bills.
