...Who helped write and pass the bill that will have tax rates go up in January? Boenher played a big role. The repugnants pushed their tax cut bill through by reconciliation because many democrats pledged to vote against the cuts. To get away with passing it through reconciliation they had to have an expiration, a sunset.
