And yes, I've been guilty of playing into it myself.

or ignore the authors. It may be annoying, but what these posters are doing are not against the rules. I have already hidden several threads.

So many believe they have the most novel and clever thing to say that all the other threads do not until this becomes a redundant echo chamber.
