Dear Mr. Griffin:

It is Keith Olbermann’s viewers who are being punished by his “indefinite” suspension. Punishment should fit the crime, and it seems that a monetary fine would have been more appropriate than punishing the viewers along with him.

Fox News, always on a different ethics scale, would not have done this to one of their employees, so your action is figuratively thumbing MSNBC’s nose at those who look forward to Keith’s commentary each night.

I hope you will reconsider your decision and come up with an alternate penalty that would not penalize his viewers as well.
