20. Uhhhhh....
I took art history in college, had a great teacher, and took a lot of studio art, and still can never answer these questions! But they are fun!

1. chiaroscuro (light and dark sketching) The word literally means "light" and "dark" (obscured).

2. Rape of the Sabines by Giambologna (dynamic composition -- off center, asymmetrical, looks very active) One chunk of Carrara marble.

3. Fresco (wet pigment on wet plaster/cement) or The Annunciation (Announcement of the Angel that Mary is pregnant with Jesus) 1500s or so.

4. Contrapposto (position of naked lady - one leg straight, one bent). Not sure what the guy in black is doing. The medium looks like gouache.

5. sfumato (smoky)

6. I got no clue - ?? Hunter with dogs and naked lady?? Mars, Venus, Cupid, Psyche?

26. You got #4. The person in black is really not the question...
You identified the artist and work in 2 but it is not the term that describes it...altho you right that it is dynamic...but there is a specific term here...

Fresco is right, of course, but there is another thing in this actual work that has a term I am looking for. Look at the content, not the medium...

You have a clue on 6. Keep going...

But this non-practicing artist never heard of 7 terms of art. Maybe I forgot something with age.

Do you mean styles? Mediums?

I saw a drawing ( black and white), a sculpture, an egg tempura painting, a fresco and an oil painting. The Boticelli was oil on a wood panel. Don't know about which type of surface the Veronese is on. Canvas?

and art concept (aesthetic). These are terms that art critics and historians typically use to describe what is happening or what is the dominant style of the work.

people won't use the word "God" but instead type "G-d" or whatever. Like the Hebrews did with YHWH.

2. Perhaps oiling ourselves prior to doing ballet tosses was a bad idea.

3. Angel shares compassion with gastro-intestinal suffering, but does -not- share Pepto-Bismol.

4. Misdirection. "I'm not nekkid in church, look at that interesting thing up there."

5. "Maybe you should rip out my eyeballs and hoist them upon a plate too; I'm seein' a freaking angel here. Do you see the angel? I hope you can see this angel."

6. Frankly my dear, I don't give a dog.

I took art history (at that time it was called media arts) in college, but that was over 17 years ago, so forgotten most of what I remember. Even at that time, I was learning ASL and missing half of what the interpreters said. Now that I have over 17 years, and a deaf wife to boot, and I can hold an actual conversation with deaf people :)

The next challenge is different...you'll LOVE it!!!
