pay for the unemployment benefits and perhaps a second stimulus?
Would it KILL any Thugs to support that? After all, they want to figure out where it's paid for. So let the defense pay for it this time around!

no elected officials wants to bring up cutting defense spending because it would make them look like they are trying to "weaken america" in the eyes of the stupid public
