I believe that she did. That would be the first inside confirmation.

On Edit: Here is her comment:

6. Fam turned away when the prison shit came on and I can't rewind the DVR now.
But she was explaining that policy and I believe she said that MSNBC worked under it but she did say that Keith violated it so there is the justification.

Not saying that anyone should not be angry or that anyone should let up on the pressure but the discussions of NBC vs. MSNBC rules about notification of donations seems to have been made moot.

22. How would she know?
Do requests to donate to political campaigns get posted in the break room?

3. She confirmed it is MSNBC policy, and she confirmed that Scarborough in fact adhered to the policy
Her argument for Keith basically boiled down to: he made a mistake, and you've made your point, now please let him come back.

7. That was my initial reaction when I first heart, just a lapse in judgment. Hope they
DO bring him back. I bet they're stunned at the reaction.

14. I seriously doubt he will be gone for more than a week or two
He's their flagship host. They'll make their point by keeping him off air for a short time, just long enough for their 8pm ratings to dip below those of the food network's, and then they'll plead with him to come back.

18. I could have misunderstood her, but I thought she said Joey Scar
got permission to donate in 2006. Didn't I read somewhere on DU tonight that Joe donated to someone in 2010???? Did Rachel deliberately leave 2010 out???

and the amount of people signing to the petition is that... the average daytime demo.

10. And they would have never have been able to put the FOX contributions
in the news like they have without this even happening.

See FOX and MSNBC are not the same.. Rachael pointed that out.. That is the important news right there..

15. Fair question, but you will not find the answer at DU.

It's just frustrating watching someone we like get in a mess like this. :-(
