Listen President Obama - take back the stimulus money from
any ReTHUG governor who no longer wants high speed rail and give it to those who have a vision. Make these fucking fools pay. Let companies walk out on them - expose these morons immediately - there is no time for non-partisan 'treacle like beatitudes' with these fucking idiots. Show them what 'don't tread on me' really means. Crush them like bugs.

New York Governor-elect Andrew Cuomo made a pitch for the rail money that the governors-elect in Wisconsin and Ohio have pledged to reject. He sent a letter to U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood asking that the roughly $1.26 billion be redirected to pay for a rail project that would connect New York City, upstate New York, Toronto and Montreal.

"High-speed rail is critical to building the foundation for future economic growth, especially upstate," Cuomo said in a statement. "If these governors-elect follow through on their promises to cancel these projects, a Cuomo administration would move quickly to put the billions in rejected stimulus funding toward projects that would create thousands of good jobs for New Yorkers."

3. He must arrange a meeting with all governors
and ask a simple question - who wants to move forward with high speed rail. To anyone who says 'not me' he needs to say emphatically -'Give me back the Federal money and now go and tell your citizens...and fuck you very much'. No games must be allowed with these fucking hypocrites.

4. Russ secured that money on the heels of the health insurance bill...... I hope Andy is successful!
Great for jobs here and it would be cool to take the train to Montreal! We can now but it takes about 7 hrs.

7. Kasich has list of things to create jobs, kill the high speed
rail, consolidate school districts, an across the board cut in state programs and cut taxes. All of those things will cut more jobs and fuck over people that need help. This has been going on in Ohio for as long as I remember, the Republicans work 8 years to bankrupt the state. We get a Democrat in office he has to raise taxes to get the house in order than he gets voted out for raising taxes, it's an never ending cycle.

10. but then they will lie about the numbers and Faux viewers will believe
that instead of killing jobs as they actually did, that somehow they 'created' jobs.

The people who lost jobs will know better. But the rest?

11. Yeah, forget any improvements in the time from Pittsburgh to Philly
I don't know what if anything was on the drawing board for PA, but there are so many obvious routes where high speed rail would help.

And meanwhile, Corbett will continue the free giveaway of PA's natural resources to his buddies in the gas industry.
