1. The anti-trust laws are the unused WMDs of the Administrative State. Time for a test blast.

Really, if Obama wants to cut the big multinationals back to a manageable scale -- and do something to counter Citizen's United -- he will have to finally employ the Anti-trust units of the Justice and Commerce Departments that have been largely abandoned since the Reagan Administration. The last big anti-trust action was the breakup of AT&T telecom monopoly during the Carter Administration.

Time to use that power again against the big horizontally and vertically integrated media and energy corporations. Start with GENBC-Comcast and BP.
