Thought about about encouraging voter turnout
Something occurred to me at the gym today to wonder about giving people a tax incentive to vote would help increase turnout? Such as in all elections for Federal candidates if voting could reduce the tax liability to increase the size of one's refund or lessen the amount owed for individuals. I don't know if it's a good idea or not to give a tax incentive for voting, I thought throw it out and see what people think.
