Nice Job OHIO unemployed who voted for fuckstick Governor Elect kkkasich...
Barely twelve hours after winning office, Gov.-elect John Kasich said Wednesday that creating jobs, halting the statewide passenger rail project and reining in labor unions are his top priorities.

"Passenger rail is not in Ohio's future,'' the Republican said at his first news conference after Tuesday's win over Gov. Ted Strickland. "That train is dead."

He was referring to the $400 million federally subsidized project to restore passenger rail between Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland, along the so-called 3-C corridor. Kasich has said it would be too costly to reactivate freight lines for passengers and that the trains would be too slow and underused.

Somehow this sounds...how shall I say, S T U P I D....how do you create jobs by killing a 400 million dollar project that would look to the future...???
I was feeling real shitty over this past tuesday's RED TIDE that swept over O H I O like a plague but now I think I will go puke....speaking of pukes:

ONLY IDIOTS VOTE THE WAY THEIR CORPORATE MASTERS TELL THEM TO!

13. HA! Not in my state.
It's like the state consists of a seeming majority of people who wear their ignorance and racism proudly on their sleeves and people like us who either insult them, shake their heads in frustration and walk away or dodge their bullets.

And use it for high speed rail in New York.

6. I'm too angry with my fellow Ohioans to feel sorry for them
"The beauty of democracy is that you get the government you deserve" (paraphrasing-probably not exact quote). My brother ran unopposed as a Dem for county commissioner but his county is so red he probably would have lost to a write-in if the Pubbies had put any money against him. My disgust is endless.

Best of luck to your once and future Govenor, Peggy.

14. Problem is, the rest of us are going to have to suffer for their bad choice.
Especially those of us married to government workers. Thankfully, her children's services levy passed, but in the future, we can ill afford to lose my wife's income.

8. Eisenhour and Nixon were the last Republicans to look forward.
The Current green-eyesshade republicans do not believe
in building the country. Just pay the bills and make
do with what you have. Wars is where they like to spend.

11. Right on, John!
When did building stuff ever create jobs? Let's shovel more money into the overstuffed pockets of the ultra-affluent. It's gotta work sooner or later to turn the economy around!

16. People will vote themselves into slavery if you let them. You just need to instill fear in them.
The fears of economic uncertainty are powerful.
