Russ Feingold is a progressive champion. He's stood up time and again for everyday Americans when few others would. He led the charge for real campaign finance reform, against the war in Iraq, and against the Bush Administration's blatant attacks on American civil liberties.

On November 2, he became collateral damage in a toxic election environment created by weak leadership and corporate Democrats who refused to stand up and fight for real change. Senator Feingold ran one of the strongest grassroots campaigns in history, but was drowned out by unregulated corporate front groups that spent millions of dollars to scare and lie to voters.

Thank you, Senator Feingold, for always being there for us.
