After the change, either way, for several weeks she would often say things that started off with something like "Well, it's 10 o'clock which is really nine o'clock..." or vice-versa.

She also did things like set her alarm clock 20 minutes fast so she'd get up in time for work, then fritter away the extra 20 minutes because she knew the clock was set incorrectly.

We were always late to everything, because of her.
