The Word from WIN

We'd like to welcome you to our new website. This is a direction we've been trying to move in for a long time at Workers Independent News and we're happy that thanks to our supporters and donors we're able to finally make this leap. In the next few weeks and months we'll be adding a substantial amount of content to the website to make it an interactive experience for our readers. Eventually, we hope it will become a community where you can take part in discussions, upload photos and videos, and enter contests.

One of the major steps we're excited to take is to make this website a hosting space for other labor focused content throughout the country. As a reader or listener to WIN we're sure you're aware of the difficulty everyday working have getting their voices heard in the traditional media. During the last decade we've managed to do just that and hope to provide other media organizations focused on issues important to working people with the tools to breach the divide.
