Cost of Sharron Angle's failed Senate bid: $97 per vote
Is a vote worth $97? Sharron Angle seemed to think so. When all of the campaign spending by the Nevada politician and her supporters was tallied, that's how much it came to for each vote she received in her failed bid to take down Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid last week.

1. And Hary Reid spent about 70.00 per vote
The only thing this proves is that elections are expensive?

there is something wrong w. the gop that such a person was even allowed to stand for public office, much less senator

7. And Whitman had MANY more votes to buy than Angle did.
It's not like the millions she wasted will have any financial impact on her personal wealth, but whatever.

Which reminds me of my new favorite political cartoon...
