Huffington Post states perhaps female Repig
Edited on Tue Nov-09-10 05:25 PM by cyr330
running mate with Obama in 2012? The FASTEST way to lose my vote. I don't vote for repigs in any form or fashion, and I would have to decline to even vote for Obama in that case. It may not even be true, but if it IS, there are plenty of capable and wonderful Dem candidates who could run, and it would be the WORST case of pandering ever seen to choose a female Repig. It makes me nauseous to even contemplate!

1. Who in the world would do THAT?
Who (among Democrats) would WANT that?

:wtf:

9. That would be Biden then. . .
I bet. Obama would have to have lost his damned mind to choose a repig.

16. Crack probably.
I just can't believe it. Besides, it must be speculation, as who the fuck would even know about something like that at this point?

It sounds like a repig planted story.

20. Just because it's on a blog doesn't mean it deserves to be thought about
Spoiler alert: in 2012 Obama will run with Biden.

PS, and they'll win (but probably by a smaller popular vote)

21. Where do these stories come from? Biden will be VP.
DAVID AXELROD can’t hide his exasperation.
Boston Globe -- http://www.boston.com/bostonglobe/editorial_opinion/oped/articles/2010/10/20/definitely_biden_for_vp_in_2012/

As he sits in the lobby of Sheraton Boston, yet another story flashes across a nearby TV screen about the speculation that Hillary Clinton could replace Joe Biden on the Democratic ticket in 2012.

The notion that President Obama might tap Clinton as his running mate next time around took on new life with the publication of “Obama’s Wars,’’ Bob Woodward’s new book. In Woodward’s telling, Clinton adviser Mark Penn listed that possibility ... snip

The White House quickly debunked the idea, and Woodward has since tiptoed back, essentially saying he only meant to suggest that such a move was possible, not that it was actually being contemplated.... snip

Now, Obama’s top political adviser sounds like a man trying to extirpate it once and for all. “There’s not a chance in the world that the president of the United States would run for reelection without Joe Biden because Joe Biden has been a superb vice president,’’ said Axelrod. “He’s been a great counselor. He’s taken on every difficult assignment we’ve asked him to take on, whether it was being the liaison in Iraq or running the recovery act, and he’s done it splendidly. And he’s a beloved figure around the White House.’’

26. Whaaaaat?
Which one? Palin? Christine O'Donnell? What is the point of denying voters a proper choice like that? Bad enough here, with the Tory/LibDem coalition forcing the likes of John Redwood and Charlie Kennedy into the same grouping; but at least they waited to do that AFTER the election had produced a hung parliament.

That's who the deluded writer suggests.
Anybody who seriously believes such an event could come to pass
might consider getting help. More likely, she's just blowing
shite to increase her readership, short-term.
