JUDGE CURLEY THE HEAD BK JUDGE IN AZ JUST RULED MINUTES AGO THAT THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON MUST PRODUCE THE CUSTODIAL RECORDS IN THEIR VAULT IN A CASE AGAINST AN AZ HOMEOWNER, THEREBY PRODUCING THE NOTE AND ALL OTHER DOCS.

The class actions that were filed recently in several states, are going to pull up a lot of evidence of fraud crimes. At some point even if it's ignored otherwise, it's going to have a big effect on the market and investors (which has already begun) because of the dollar-value of the legal liability involved - then it's "game over" and the big banks will be recognized as insolvent.

When that happens and they ultimately go into receivorship, I hope Bill Black and Volcker get a major role in straightening this out. Along with Elizabeth Warren of course.
